I'd return it to NAPA.
Having worked for one of their suppliers years ago, I don't doubt that they would give you your cash back. They'll get it back from the manufacturer.
1. It could be the wrong part, because somebody guessed wrong.
2. It could be the right number, but boxed wrong.
3. It could be defective.
