Default HID kit glare reduction?

Does anyone know what I can do to reduce the glare from the aftermarket HIDs in stock halogen housing? or does anyone know of a place in the los angeles area where I can get help or better yet install them for me?

I heard 35W HID kit reduces the glareness, but I could be wrong... I've been thinking about getting 35W kit for heads and fogs.

I've heard that too but only when you get a bulb capping service then it's not as bad. I think I might have to aim them low in this case. I wish there were aftermarket projectors for the 2010 mustang...

Bulb capping on most 2006 models and definitely 2007 up models is a must, the lamps are missing bulb covers in the housings.
35w and 55w only makes are difference in glare if the kit uses what I call fake 55w. Those kits I refer to as fake are the ones using 50w ballasts on 35w bulbs, which is almost all of them with exception of two, one being exclusive to Ebay. Among other drawbacks, such mismatched kits produce a higher arc position and thus more glare.
