Default Buy a 04 GT or 05?

Both cars are in great shape and roughly the same price.

04 GT has 100,000 city miles
05 has 85k highway miles

I love the 05 body style but love the GT package also.

How well do the clutches hold up in the GT's. The guy just used it to commute back and forth to work. All original (no mods)

Thanks for any input

Younger, less miles, same price AND new style. I don't see the issue here.

Are you saying the 05 is a V6??? If so, id get the 04 gt. I've had mine for 3 years, and haven't had a single problem...including the clutch.

Have you test driven both? The '05 might be a bit newer and (to you) a nicer body style, but V8 power is highly addictive. No tough decision here at all!

Do you plan on modding? Or just a nice car to drive to and from work?

I would get the GT probably... but it depends if your planning to do motor work in the future, then get the 05 and drop in a v8. The 05 is a better car.

Default Thanks

yes I have driven them both.

The 05 is a V6 5 speed Red with Black cloth interior $7,700.00 85k miles
Well taken care

The 04 is a GT 5 speed Sonic Blue Black leather interior $7,100.00 100k miles
VERY well taken care

It will be for my son. It will be his first car.
No plans for any major mods later on

Yeah the 05 is newer but the 04 is nicer and when you see it you can't help but think WOW

ALSO THANKS for the responses
