Default Lowering Mustang

So I've been wanting to lower my mustang for a bit now and can't decide what to do? My options are to buy a spring lowering kit with all the needed parts or to cut my stock springs.

What do you guys recommend? I've heard cutting a coil or two off your stock springs is a pretty inexpensive way of lowering your mustang just a bit. Is this safe to do or is there anything I'd need to worry about if I did this?

I just need some of your advise on how to approach this.

Thanks.

(Sorry is this is in the wrong thread)

Cutting your springs will only make your car even bouncier. And if you really want to bounce, follow the advice above. I've heard nothing but bad things about FRPP struts, shocks and springs. Just my two cents.

Ryan has a nice write up about swapping and cutting springs here. There's a lot of mis info floating around about spring cutting, and he clears it up in his thread.
