Early 289 Std Shift to C4 Help
1963-64 289. 5 bolt bellhousing. Three speed w/OD. I need to change to auto. Need a C4 setup.
I know I need bellhousing, converter and flex plate plus...what else? Question is if I find a bellhousing, 5 bolt, will ALL C4s bolt to it? Are all SBF converters and flex paltes useable? Any and all info will be greatly appreciated.
