When I turn on the vechile at idle the turning lights dont blink but as soon as i step on the gas pedal litely they work normally. I have a new flasher and voltage regulator (and alternator) and checked the wiring. I am wondering if this is a ground problem. I felt my way around all the connections and dont see anything unusual.
