trans fluid/yoke

how can i remove the yoke from the trans an not loose all the fluid?... i wasnt thinkin when i filled the trans that i would need to pull the yoke again.... :/

From:

Raise the rear of the car so the fluid runs to the front of the transmission. Even with it level, not much comes out.
