anyone know on the diablo tuner whats a safe setting for the line pressure?

You can set it all to maximum

 

^^^^ Yes you can I did when I first got my predator but backed them down a lot when I had the shift kit installed. But if you do not have a shift kit set them all to the max, and turn off the shift modulation also!!!
