Default Amount of torque for lug nuts

Does anybody know what the torque specifications are for lug nuts on a set of 2001 Mustang Cobra wheels? These are the OEM wheels.

Does anybody use a torque wrench when changing or rotating their wheels / tires?

My book says 85 to 105 Ft-lbs. I use a torque wrench anytime I use a impact wrench to put wheels on. I learned along time ago not to trust them. went to put my aluminum rims on after the snow had melted and I didnt torque them after I had used the impact wrench and later that night my wheels almost fell off going down the road. When I said something to my dad he said oh ya the impact is not working right. So yes torque your wheels because over tighting them is bad to.

I've always torqued them to 100 ft/lbs. When I bother to torque them.
