Yeah. Pushord engine with good h/c/i and a blower will get there really easily.

see i dont want a blower though. i can get there with a blower now on my 2 valve. im looking to do it all without forced induction if its possible.

That was a great read, thanks for the link. It was educational without going into too much technical speak and it summarized it all concisely.

In their saying "No replacement for displacement," just immagine if you took a 460ci big block and employed all the variable technology into it. The big block will not just make 700 crank BHP, but it will make just as much crank torque and hold that torque all the way from 2K to 7k+ RPM!

SN-95 is 94-04 but alot of folks use that term to identify 94-98 and Edge for 99-04

No problem! It was in an issue of R&T and I found it online as well. The only problem with a 460ci would be that the size of the heads would be so large the engine bay would have to be huge & the engine would be very top heavy which I assume would adversely affect the handling characteristics. I believe that's why Ford has stuck with 2-valve OHC for their 6.2L hurricane motors.
