Default engine losing power

I have a 98 mustang v6. I am having some major lose of power issues. First I will start with everything I have replaced and then go from there. I have replaced the air filter, new k&n filter, new ignition coil, new wires, new plugs, all motorcraft, new oil and filter, new fuel filter along with brakes and suspension parts. The problem I am having is any time I run the ac the car will lose power after I have stopped. Car will run absolutely fine going down the road with ac blowing cold, but as soon as I stop, even if only for 5 seconds, the car loses all power, it will struggle just to get above 10 mph. Its not over heating, the compressor is not locking up, but I just have no clue. Anyone have any advice or suggestions?
