I've noticed a "whining" noise (almost like a no power steering fluid kinda noise) when I accelerate while turning. It has only been doing it when I turn left, and does not do it if I'm braking or off the gas. I checked the power steering fluid and it's low but not out. And it's not hard to steer. Does anyone know what it may be??

 

its a ford power steering pump they all do it from the 70's to now

 

Just please DO NOT put any type of leak-stop fluid in it. Unless you're going to sell..
