i have a demon 750 on my small block. i goosed the car the other day and it shut right off after i got off it. it starts right back up but wont idle dies right away. if i give it gas in gear it just bout almost stalls. plugs are black. Sound like a carb issue or somthin else

i was thinking a bad power valve?

 

Tune it. Sounds like it's too rich on the accelerator pump at least, and possibly the idle, maybe the mains.

I seriously doubt it's the power valve, unless it's the wrong size valve.
