Default new 5.0 swap. need help

I have a 4.0 in my 07 stang but i want to take a huge step n put the new coyote 5.0 in it and was wondering what all would i need to get for it to operate correctly. will my current trans hold up or even fit? what all will i need and i doubt it but would the current motor mounts work? ive never done anything like this and dont know much about it but also i hate the throttle by wire thing is there a way to make it cable throttle as well? any opinions or answers are welcome and if you dont mind rate my car for me thanks.

Dude it would probably be cheaper to trade your 07 in get a bare bones 5.0 and thats a major project since you never done it either. i would guess and this is just a guess you would have to replace almost the whole power train along with other componets and parts. Talk about a maijor pita to do this and lots of money

Yeah. That's a mother job. Is not just the engine but the transmission is different. 11+ mustangs are mated to a 6 speed transmission. So you'll probably need that as well in addition to a new ECU, engine harness and a bunch of other stuff. I don't forget that you A/C compressor and power steering pump and hoses may need to be relocated even if you could use your existing one. I don't think the money and labor is worth it. You could supercharge your car for a lot less. Good luck though.

Don't take this the wrong way, but asking the questions you are asking means you aren't ready to take on this swap.

well there is no way im doing it myself, 1st off i cant. 2nd is im in afghanistan servin up my year which mean i can afford it. Now i got my car with a very good body/motor shop at the moment but i dont want to tell them hey just get everything you need to make it run. i was wanting to give them the specifics or even order everything myself so i dont get screwed. The new 5.0 seems worth it and i could barely pull 400 horses with a supercharger as is which makes my possibilities almost endless for a 5.0

or we can go turbo... or twins i think id be better off with FI but dont know where to get the max increase and cant find twins anywhere. powerhouse has a turbo kit that gives 285rwhp but thats nowhere near satisfying for the price. the stage 2 procharger will get me like 350rwhp with current mods and id prefer a turbo just cause you can always go up in boost. Its all something that just popped into my mind overnight but i know one or the other is getting done and would like advice from fellow pony riders

Just to drop in the stock 5.0L into a V6 you're looking at close to $10,000.
For that, build the V6, turbo it and put down 600hp plus.
