I acquired a Killerglass hose and overlooking my 06 Mustang GT I found that I couldn't install it because the 05-06 Mustangs have a different cooling system setup then the 07-09 Mustangs. I am wanting to put this hose on the Stang and wondering how much trouble am I going to have converting this over to the 07-09 setup.

The 05-06 have a double head exit but the PS hose goes directly to the radiator and the DS goes to the T-stat and then right back in the motor. Only when the T stat is open does the PS hose “flow” and water moves through the radiator.

In 2007 the coolant crossover changed to one outlet and when the T-stat is closed it loops the coolant back into the motor without running it through the radiator

Does your car run hot or over heat now? If not, I wouldnt mess with rerouting or changing the cooling systems just to be able to see some coolant flow thru a hose.
