Hi,
I need a little help, my driver side airbag is deployed and i want to replace it by the delete kit airbag til I get back home by the end of the summer to put a new airbag system.
Please if someone did it before let me know how to install it ? I already bought the delete airbag.

does your car have a weight sensor in the pass seat that turns off the airbag? if not, then there is something wrong with the airbag system. but as far as replacing the steering wheel airbag with a delete, its pretty simple. on the sides of the steering wheel column there are 2 round covers about the size of a quarter. these will just pop out and there is a bolt inside each of these that holds the airbag in place. just unscrew these and pull the airbag out and unplug it. then all you should have to do for the delete is reverse the process. not sure if the delete kit has something to plug in or not, but your airbag light will probably still stay on until you get everything fixed.
