Did all year Bullitt wheels have the same offset. I bought a set that supposedly came off a 2008 Mustang GT but the dont seem to stick out enough in the rear almost to the point that they don't seem right for my car without spacers.

no, 2005+ cars had a different offset than the 94-04 cars. you probably want to get a set of bullitt wheels from a new edge.
