Default Window alignment

My 2002 drivers window does not fit up against weatherstrip. Has a gap and makes noise, found window at rear track was loose and reglued, gut still doesn't line up just right. Anyone have suggestion on how to cause the window to fit tighter against the weatherstrip?

All the glass shops I called recommended replacing rather than trying to reglue. Had it done yesterday and its much better. still doesn't seem to press against weatherstrip as tight as passenger side though. If you remove door panel you will be able to see the problem. Forgot to mention that replacement window has bracket that runs the length of the window rather than 3 short individual pieces.

Looks like a expedition in the door panel is coming soon! Thanks for the comments, always good to have an idea what we are looking at when we get in there!

From what I learned glues that you or I can buy just won't work. As far as where to buy replacement window, where I live there are plenty of auto glass companies.
