First, what do I need for blasting?

I've found guns like these, but they say for 'spot' rust removal. Can I use them on the whole body? Is there a better alternative? ...

If these are fine, am I probably OK to go with this off brand?

Next, HVLP guns... I suspect I need more than one, because of primer paint and clearcoat. Do I need three of them, such as in this kit? And is this kit any good?
