Hey Everybody!!
I have a few questions, I just bought a new Stang and need some help, I am looking at spending $3000 and looking for a solid 400hp-450hp, here is what I bought already done to this Stang. 1981 Mustang, new rebuild 351w (0 miles), comp cam street/ strip, highrise edelbrock intake, roller cam kit on motor, motor from a 93 truck, fox body oil pan, stock everything else, 750 holly (dp),K&N filter, new rebuilt c4 tranny with b&n stage 2 shift kit street/ strip, 2200 stall, body is 2" lowered, rearend: 3.55 gears, 8.8 out of a thunderbird still 4 bolt hub, set of 15" drag tires, cobra "r" 16" all the way around currently, body has 114,00 miles on it. What would you do? I like nitrous but I am not sure what the 351w can take. and need everything to hold up, I don't care about gas mileage and almost all of the wrenching will be done myself, this will be a street and occassionally a strip car not a daily driver, so What would you do with $3k and what I have to work with to get that 400-450 range?
