Default project build difficulty, what would you do?

here is what i'm facing, and wonder what you guys would do, i have a 90 5.0 coupe that i was planning to re do this winter( complete paint, engine, trans, the whole shot) then i ran accross and picked up a nice 2000 v6 mustang hit in the fornt, being as we own a body shop i can easilly fix th front end and have it ready for a v8 in no time. here is the tricky part i have a guy that wants to buy my coupe ( the body style i have wanted for a while) for a price that will recoupe what i have in it and pay for the 2000 oughtright, should i stay with the fox or go with the newer body, and then i have a extra 5.0 and a 460 with a c6 trans both laying around, with either car do i go big with the 460 and have something different or stay with the 5.0, any advise or thoughts would be great thanks in advance!

Just for economic reasons I would sell the coupe and build the V6.But you like the coupe.Hard decision.
