Default Wheel messed up

ok well on saturday i was driving down the road following this guy and he slams on his brakes and i do too and i don't stop before i would hit him so i turn and go off the road and hit a bump and everything. Now the thing is that my front right wheel is messed up. i feel lopsided. when i am driving slow like 5-15 mph i can feel the cars tires going something like bump, bump, bump, bump. i wanted to know what might be ****ed up. would it be the spindle or what. i really need to know because the steering wheel shakes really bad after i get to about 55 mph and in between the steering wheel only shakes a little bit, i know the wheel is on the car fine because its not lose as i can tell from the outside, i will take it apart this weekend to look at everything i'm just hoping this isn't going to cost me an arm and a leg.

i have some ****y mustang wheels, the thing is if i anyone can find a nice cheap set of pony wheels that would be great. they don't even have to have tires on it but i really just want some nice tires because the ones i have are **** and don't give me any stability at all.
