Default What's the best remote start?

Well I hate sitting after work and having to let the car warm up. Does anyone know any good remote starts that work from far away or inside a building? I work inside a building probably around 100-200 feet from the car

My gf's dad just bought a Viper system that lets you start your car from your phone using an app. Longest distance was something like the car was here and the guy was in Australia and he started it.

that is an additional charge for that option, the standard remotes now should reach 1-200 ft with no problems. Most companies have that add on now but it is an additional price.

I have a compustar pro model myself which I choose because it is safe on a stick, can monitor both the cars voltage as well as the temp inside and also has a KILLER remote range. The range from the remote to the car is closer to a 1000ft. It is a two way system that will tell you if it is set off(and tell door/shock/ect) anc because the car has more power then the remote the distance from car to remote is close to 2000 ft.

A funny side note that you may or may not know, some of you will think I am full of crap but it works. When pushing the buttons to the remote you can increase your range significantly if you touch the remote to your chin/face. You body will act as an antenna and honestly give you another 50 ft of range.

I like the sound of that. What company makes your system?

Yeah some links would be sweet to some of these. I'm not really looking to spend a ton or pay monthly fees or anything like that just something that will work and start it from inside my workplace I'm not by any widows or anything...
