Default water on floor

When it rains i get water om the passenger side floor. a buddy suggested my cowl drain was plugged.how do you unplug it, do i have to take the cowl off?

I dunno. But i'll tell you this happened to me in my convertible, and im paying for it like hell as I type this reply. It's been in the shop almost 2 weeks. My car starts barely. But when it does crank over, it only goes so many miles per hour and is HELLA shaky at stop lights. Like it's almost gonna shake to death or cut off. I think my PCM got wet and it's screwed. We've tried coil packs, and everything and so far nothing seems to work. If ANYONE can help with some advice, it'd be a blessing. Good luck. But i'll tell you invest in a quality car cover until you can do better! Smh
