Does anyone here have the cervinis ram air hood, part number hd1171, I just got one for my 07 gt, and was wanting some advice before I try to install it this weekend. Like did you have any problems with it. and I would like also to know how the 2 black screens mount up. I didn't see any pre drilled holes for those. The ram air kit came with self tapping screws for it, but I not sure what the screens use. any advice would help me out. and would be greatly appreciated.

 

I figured I would bump this as I have a similar question and an additional one as well.

I am looking at acquiring a mach 1 hood from AM eventually and a comment in their reveiw section on the hood caught my attention. IT related to needing hood pins as the functional air scoops could cause flareups at highway passing speeds.
Is this a legitimate concern on an 05? Is this related to latch desing issues?
