Default Repainting Calipers?

I did a search before posting this and while there are quite a few threads regarding painting calipers, I didn't see any that directly related to my question.

I have a Stoptech Big Brake kit that I bought used and would like to repaint the calipers which currently have the factory red paint scheme. Unfortunately, Stoptech doesn't repaint calipers so I think I'm on my own.

The brakes are currently not installed, just sitting in a box.

I've seen recommendations in one thread to use Brake Fluid or Aircraft Paint Stripper to remove Duplicolor Paint from a caliper.

I suspect that the Stoptech paint job is more durable than Duplicolor so I was wondering if the Aircraft Paint Stripper would be the right stuff for the job or...Should I be considering another product or method?

Thanks in advance for any recos!
