Default A/C is acting up

My A/C will only blow at a low speed whether it is on low, med. or high. I have replaced my fan speed selector switch and the blower motor resistor and the problem is still there.I do not see any cracks in seals or hear any whistles. I live in south Tx and it is the summer......yes it is hot! If anyone could help, my family and i would appreciate it. Thank you

Yes, Josephs08Mustang what year and make?

If there's a break in the ground wiring on the diagram below between the S200 junction and pin1 of the climate control module (the switch), that would result in a low motor speed at all times even with a good switch and resistor.

Another thing to check is that the 4 conductor plug to the climate switch is plugged in good and tight. Ford didn't leave much slack in the wiring to that plug, and they can pop loose if you didn't seat it all the way.
