Default Rear End Swap

ok i need some help on this fast...

i have an 88 GT with an 8.8 rear of course.... i have found an 8.8 out of a 95 GT. i want this rear because i am converting my car into 5 lug and i want the rear disc brakes.... i heard that the 95 rear end is longer than the fox body mustang... is this true? and if so will it still fit? my car is lowered about 1.5 - 2 inches i do not want the rear wheels to be rubbing all over the place any help would be awsome THANKS!!!

Default RE: Rear End Swap

i don't know if the 95 is longer or what not but i do know that if you can't use it then you can always get a turbocoupe rear end and front disk brakes and then you will have rear disk brakes and 5 lug. the turbocoupe is like 1/2 inch wider on each side but nothing you can really tell.
