Good evening!

I do not know much about suspension parts in general but this just doesn't seem right. My passenger side shocks seems to be sitting about a half inch difference from the drivers side. Do i have a bad shock, or does it just need adjusted. I tried "bouncing" the car to see if it would bounce by itself but it seemed pretty stiff. If it does need adjusted is it fairly straightforward? Do i just jack up the low side and wrench on it until its even with the other side? I've included some pics as well to help paint the picture. Thanks.
