cant remove distributor. please help me. im stupid.

CHECK IF THE CRANK IS OK OR NOT?? IF NOT THEN IT WOULD NEED REPLACEMENT AND I AM SURE THAT YOU WILL CERTAINELY GET SOLVED BY YOUR PROBLEMS.....

As far as I can tell from your photos everything looks OK. Looks like alot of burn oil was causing the problem with the base of the distributor sealing to the block. Cam gear looks real good in the photo.

so, i may be dumber than i thought.
i for some reason thought that there should be a gasket in section B below, but now im pretty sure theres only supposed to be a gasket in section A?
make sense?

Yes, just an o-ring in the yellow area, that's all.
