Default oil pan pickup installation Q

I put my new oil pump on today and bolted on the pickup tube. When I rotated the engine with a wrench, the crank lobes are not clearing the pickup tube in two places. Should there be a spacer nut underneath the pickup tube bracket that connects to the keeper stud on the block? When I say underneath, its because the motor is upside down on a rotisserie. Is there a spacer bolt between the block and the bracket on this stud?

There should only be the nut on the main stud that is made on it... One question, i see in your sig you listed a 5.8... you are using a 351w oil pump and pickup right??? they are different from 302.
