Default serious issue about ignition

guys i need help my car is a 95 mustang gt 5.0, when i am driving it just shuts off and right back on, the engine dies cause when it comes back on it back fires bad like if you shut it off and back on with the key, well saturday i will be drag racing and i really dont want this issue to cost me an engine, i checked my grounds and hot connections the coil distruber and fuel system, cant find any issues, there are no codes, no check engine light or anything on, when this happens the electrical is still in operation in the car, radio gauges all still work, well gauges that arent powered by the engine, like temp, fuel and such cause when the car stalls like it does the tach, goes to 0, amp goes to 0, stuff the engine powers just hits bottom and then back to normal, the whole engine off/on takes less than a second and the back fire is so massive it seperated my muffler and pipe, just after it comes on the cylenders are so loaded with fuel it will blow out a 3 foot flame, i cant find the cause at all, dealer cant even find an issue due to it happening at higher rates of speed and they just wont drive fast enough to duplicate it, can anyone out there offer fast assist on this as i really dont want to miss the last of the mustang races of the year

theres a miss it seems, i put new plugs in it but ran out of cash so later i added new oxygen sensors, distributor cap rotor button and wires on it at a later date but i am thinking my plugs filed out cause of the bad items i couldnt replace at the time i did the plugs, going to try the plugs again, and see where it goes from there also got an msd ignition box with 2 step to go on it, any input as to if i am doing the right things would be greatful, still new to doing my own work so i aint really sure if these actions will help any at all
