Hello, new be here. Have a question about installing tri-y headers on a 289 with a C4 tyranny. I purchase a set of these and since I am restoring into a restomod, I test fitted the new headers while the engine is out and setting on a crate but noticed the (pass side) curves toward the tranny and actually hits the bell housing. The other side is pointed straight back as expected. I have installed headers on other vehicles but never seen them hit, this can't be normal right? Has anyone else had this issue?
