Hello all! I am working on an 06 Mustang V6 for a friend. I have come across a problem that has me completely stumped. I have done a search on the site and can't seem to find anything matching my problem.

She brought me the car with the blend door actuator making a loud clicking noise and the front vents wouldn't work when the car gets wet. Works fine every other time.

I got the actuator replaced. There was a broken gear inside of it. I get everything putt together and it worked fine. It rained the next day and the ront vent stop working again. I have looked everywhere for a possible short or open wire that may be exposed and getting wet. I can't seem to find anything that would cause an electrical problem.

Can someone please help me here. I'm at my wits end.
