he won't get anywhere near that with any chip or tuner

even with those gale banks tuners, they only give like 90 HP, but around 150 ft/lbs

 

I think the logical explination for this assumption is the chip is for the R/T Stealth- aka a twin turbo 3000GT which has 320 HP stock I believe and AWD? The chip may be advertised for 375 HP on a turbo Stealth which is much more realistic. Chipping turbo cars can actually produce that 55hp sometimes due to increase in boost and a/f and playing with timing on cars that were mildly tuned from the factory. Clue him in that his car isn't the 320hp Stealth.

 

banks makes their products relatively mild so they're still safe to tow with...there are other "hot rod" programs though...

He might have misread it... He might think it says "can enhance your dodge stealth by 175hp" instead of "can enhance your dodge stealth TO 175hp" If hes serious... then punch in the ***** and race him for a grand.
