Exclamation radiator leaking something

something is leaking from the back side of the radiator. it's brown - looks like honey. it's blowing back onto the engine, hoses, etc. any ideas what it could be? the water level in the radiator doesn't seem to be low.

Looks like a coolant leak to me. Maybe do a pressure test? Is your car an auto?

OK. Thinking about just buying a new radiator. Some folks say get an aluminum one, some say get the standard one. Engine is a 200hp 6-cylinder. Which type radiator is the best? She's not a show car or daily driver - just a funmobile. Also, what thermostadt would be the correct one for this engine? Thaks.

I would suggest buying the standard one. On the thermostat stock is a 190-195 degree temp.

Thanks. The more I look at this stuff, it looks like oil mixed with water. Is that possible?

It is, that's why asked you if you have an auto transmission. It is most likely transmission fluid and coolant. The transmission fluid is likely cooled by the radiator as well.
