Hi, so I have the GT 5.0 Auto 13' and just to get a better sound and feel of a real manual.. before I shift into the next gear I get my foot of the gas and quickly shift and then slam the gas again.

I know it sounds kinda stupid but when you're doing it.. you gonna like it trust me.

So my question is.. is it harmful? any information is appreciated.
