Aeroforce powering when car is off
hey all! I have a 2013 with the dual Aeroforce gauges in the pillar. I've noticed before that it appears the gauges go through the reboot process more than once while the car is off. Last night however I was working in the garage and noticed that for at least 20 minutes (the car had been off for hours) the gauges kept powering up then powering off. My gauges are only connected to OBDII (no alternate power source).
Is there something in the ECU that constantly checks/cycles power on the OBDII bus that makes the gauge power up? I have no aftermarket electronics except these gauges. And the only "extra" I have is the Ford anti-theft alarm, the one the dealer installs that actually disables the ECU if the car is tipped, towed or broken in to.
Thoughts or ideas???
