Title says it all,Bought a 96 few weeks ago, Horn seems to be stuck wide open when i put the fuse in it.. so how would i go about hooking this up? need to do it soon got deq. any idea's?

 

have you tried swapping relay to make sure it aint the relay? next step pull steering wheel apart of find out whats wrong. Whats stuck? is it a damaged horn pad? broken spring? Missing spring cause someone had it apart?

 

took off the airbag/wheel cover. This is what i have?

 

 

if you plug in the relay with pad off does the horn still come on? Dont remember on your module year is horn pad /air bag, or do you have seperate horn buttons?
