so my '04 Mustang has a 3.9. When it started missing I put plug and wires on it and changed my air filter. It didn't help my miss. Took it to my exhaust man and he tells me that my donut gasket on the passenger side is blown and that might be part of the problem but he says that my egr tube is cracked. So my questions are these. 1 will and erg tube off of a 3.8 work without causing any issues? 2. can i seal the crack with a high temp sealer? Please help, she's running like crap and the part from the dealer is 152$ would way rather hit up the local junkyard.
