Default Paint Protection

Just curious to see what most people opinions are on paint protection. Looking to buy a 2015 Mustang and will be driving it daily and don't care to have a bumper full of rock chips within a few months. I've heard a lot about 3M's paint protection, can you still wax, etc? Or would I better of just keep a good coat of wax on her? Thanks!

just wax it every once in a while. "Paint protection" is such a thin layer that it's not going to prevent stone chips or anything. basically it's a high-profit add-on for the dealer.

I'm not talking about the dealers paint protection. A buddy of mine runs a vinyl shop and recommended it. 3M makes it, it's a clear bra that goes on the surface.

Yes, it works well. If you have the money to spend on it, get it. It's worth the extra protection.
