Rubbing sound after pulling up E brake?
I was driving my 96 GT home last night and I pulled the E brake up pulling into my driveway. Now it's got a nasty rubbing sound I noticed on my way to work this morning. It also feels like something's rubbing. I checked around the tire and everything's good. What could it be? I'm waiting on day light to check everything. ALSO! It's worse when I turn. In either direction. It does it faintly and rarely when going in a straight like. Mostly when I take off though. Any help would be appreciated

It does feel like they're dragging but not all the time if that makes any sense. It's got a weird vibrating sound and that's what it feels like too.

lol, oh I see.
I'd take a back tire off and see if the parking brake is stuck or not releasing all the way. I know on my car, I wouldn't even consider using the parking brake, as I know they won't release. PO never used them, and the cable and sheath have become one .
