Hello All. I picked up a 1994 5.0L convertible and have been putting it back together. Now I am doing the brakes and rotors. The problem is the previous owner lowered the car. When I drove it home it rode like a tank I mean no give at all. I tried pushing down on the front end and the rear and it wont budge. Does that mean band shocks and struts or springs. Or is all of it bad Thanks for any help

 

It means they probly used elcheapo ebay china springs and they have sagged to the point of the car sitting on the bump stops , or they didn't replace the shocks/struts with a shorter version made for lowered cars.

 

Those are good guesses, but it's hard to say without seeing it. Pictures would be helpful.
