ECM and wiring?
I have an original 04 6 cylinder with a 3v in it. It has an 03 gt ECM in it. Was running fine till I put a tuner that came with the car into it. Now the fuel pump is not working.
I have tried putting it back to stock and putting the tune back in it and it's the same result
I took my test light to check for voltage and now I have voltage at all pins at the connector.
Does the ecm control the ground for the fuel pump?

I don't believe the ECM controls the ground for the pump. But I'm not that familiar with the newer Stangs so don't listen to me lol.
I'd start a new thread in the Tech section for your year car. There's always alot more members in that section that may know more. Good luck
