either xenondepot or shiftergaskets. More than likley xenondepot becasue they are cheaper.
Just checked em out at shiftergaskets. Totally cool IMO. Some cars come from the factory with headlights similar to them with the same kind of brightness. Ive never heard of anyone getting pulled over for too bright of lights. Unless your an idiot driving with your highbeams on. You shouldn`t have a problem.
I didn't think hids had high beams.

They don't have high beams in Mustang HID headlight conversion kits.

factory ones do such as in the lexus's and other cars but a lot of conversion kits don't.

The reason is that with most OEM HID systems both the low and high beam bulbs are on whenever the headlights are turned on, and the high beam is covered by a shield that is moved when high beams are selected. This setup would not be practical for an aftermarket conversion kit and wouldn't work anyway in the stock Mustang headlight assemblies. Turning HID bulbs off and on frequently for short periods greatly reduces their life, as would be the case with high beams in traffic, and they also have a 3-5 second startup lag before they reach any where near full intensity.

Are these both the same thing 8000k lights. http://www.xenondepot.com/product.php?product_id=27 and http://shiftergaskets.com/Lights.html Just want to make sure there the same thing before i order the ones off xneon depot. And wwmost they dont stay on the whole time you have to turn them on the way you usually turn on your lights. the only thing as someone said is you dont have the highbeam option anymore.

Noo they come on when you pull the headlight switch on, just like the stock ones do.
