Default Vibration and Harmonics at 45-55 mph

I recently bought a used 2017 Ecoboost Premium convertible with 6 speed auto trans from a Ford dealership with 24K miles on it (previously a rental car). It has new Goodyear Eagle F1 tires. At speeds of 45-55 mph I feel the ride is harsher than it should be (road vibration) and also a harmonic pulsation in the cabin, kinda like you might get in some cars if a rear window is open.

Sensation is the same if I coast in neutral so don't think it has anything to do with the transmission.

A couple of the wheels had a lot of weights on them so I had the wheels rebalanced today but that didn't alleviate the problem and two of the wheels have 12-13 of the 0.25 wheel weights on them. Wheels are the stock 18 inch wheels on the EB premium.

Anyone else have this same ride experience?

John

My 2017 does that as well. Thought I had hit the window switch. I don't have the same tires as you (can't remember what they are now). And I thought that same thing about the number of wheel weights and asked the dealer to rebalance the tires also.
