Default **Window Tint Fail**

Whats up guys, I just got my Front windows tinted on my S550 and upon in-depth inspection i noticed this piece of trim has a razor blade slit in it.
What is this piece called?
Is it easy to replace?
should i just ignore it? OCD just like any other car guy here lol.
I am trying to avoid taking it back because i don't want more issues while trying to fix this.

IF the slit doesn't go all the way through the material, then it should be fine.
If the place you took it to did that, they are liable. Not sure on the price or
ease of replacement.

I did not take close ups of the windows unfortunately so no way of knowing if they did it.. The car did not have tint so no one else had touched it.
I only took pics of the paint in case something were to come up. The cut does go all the way through ...
