Okay so I have a 2003 ford mustang soft top with the 3.8 tan leather blah blah blah. So the ignition. It's really hard to turn. Like something is binding up. Cylinder is new so its not that. If I put the ignition to start it just stays there and doesn't return to run. Might I add I have to turn the ignition so hard that it makes my fingers red. Does still turn. It's just really tight.
