Hey my ignition wont turn on when i turn the key backwards and my headunit wont turn on at all.. The red ignition wire touched an open ground wire and it sparked and caused this to happen. The car WILL start and ive checked fuses

I have a V6 mustang and an alpine headunit if anyone can help or tell me what to look at Id appreciate it a lot

 

Your ignition is not supposed to go on when you turn the key backwards.

Does the red wire you touched to ground have power?

 

No it doesnt it . I thought maybe it would be the ignition switch or something but i dont want to take it to a mechanic and have them tell me something stupid
