My 2018 Mustang has a ding on the driver side fender due to someone's carelessness in opening a door. Can this be fixed easily or does it take body work. The ding is about the size od a dime or less and not very deep. No paint was lost.

I had paintless dent repair done on my 2017 for a couple of door dings. Very quick, inexpensive, and you can't even see where the ding was

Look for a Paint-less Dent Repair in your area. Or you can ask a body shop or even a local car dealer. Car dealers, especially used ones, contract them all the time.
